The five-acre private estate that houses Villa Fabrizia is located in Gustavia, minutes from the sprawling beauty of Shell Beach and only a short walk from the legendary dining and shopping of St. Barts’. This hillside villa offers a sensual panoramic view of the harbour – the spectacular sights, sounds and smells of the island – and the most breathtaking sunsets imaginable.

As the villa gates open, guests are met with a number of features that will quicken the pulse! Entering onto a boardwalk, Fabrizia boasts a luxurious swimming pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor gazebo - where ten people may dine comfortably, soaking in the natural beauty of the island - and a small library, perfect for those seeking the quiet, peaceful relaxation of a secluded getaway.

The wonderful, tropical atmosphere of St. Barts’ compliments the timeless, subtle elegance of the estate. The main living quarters include a living room - complete with lovely sofas and a harbour view – dining room, resplendent, fully stocked kitchen and eight bedrooms, located in separate bungalows amidst a tropical garden. Outside of the main quarters, a covered terrace provides shade and comfort – a necessity for a villa that enjoys an enormous amount of sunlight!

Twin staircases lead to four bedrooms on the upper level. The bedroom to the far right features a four-poster, king-size bed and a glorious bathroom with a sunken tub and double vanity. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a nearby bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms, respectively, feature a queen-size bed and twin beds and an adjacent bathroom.

All four bedrooms on the upper level have outside showers.

Three more bedrooms are located on the lower level. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed.

Another bedroom on the lower level is equipped with four bunk beds, ideal for allowing children the chance to play and share the wonder of their vacation with each other.

All of the lower level bedrooms are equipped with their own terrace, overlooking the view, perfect for a private, romantic escape at a moments notice

Villa Fabrizia comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays, as well as a gas barbecue, WiFi connection and French and U.S. satellite, making it ideal for children as well as adults.
